anytime

I love that I have a membership at Anytime Fitness.  For the past two weeks, I have been lunching at work and sneaking away for my lunch hour to get 30 minutes of exercise nearly every day.  I am accomplishing my resolution of 1 mile per day and 2 minutes of core work.
