happy St. Patrick’s Day!

We’ve had some good progress on the flip. A major donation of unused stuff was taken to Goodwill last night along with some deep cleaning had been accomplished. Beds are switched and now we’re going shopping for a couple nice chairs for the downstairs living/room, this is fun!
