new mattress in old one out

Our band had a mattress fundraiser. After 24 years with the same mattress, we decided it was time to replace. I placed the order in June. Fast forward to Saturday when the mattress was delivered to our house. Anders accepted the delivery as we were in Door County. Today, I removed the original mattress, vacuumed the box spring and cleaned the bed frame. Then new mattress was unboxed and placed. Now it’s dressed with sheets and mattress protector and we’ll sleep on tonight. 

Old mattress was listed on Facebook Marketplace and we delivered to a great family here in River Falls who are helping out a friend with our mattress.
