Last night we jumped right back into the gym routine with K taking lessons at RF Gymnastics Center. It was like saying hello to an old friend. I could tell O was ready to hit the floor, so I will see what options are available for him next session. A will be starting swimming in December... and I'm looking into yoga classes it is so great to be active and healthy!
