freedom 5 & a lovely 4th

I believe this was my 10th Freedom 5K race and we had a great representation! Joe got 4th overall. Judah was next, then Osten, then Nate, then Karen and then Erin. 

Osten ran a 26:25 & I had a 35:26. It was a cool but humid race day. Then we played in the sun at the lake and I got a good sunburn. Katie came up to hang out…fun day.
