Day 2 dawned with waking and meandering down to the St. Paul
Farmers Market through the skyway system as there was a light rain coming
down. It was really lovely to see all the vendors and we tasted some farm
fresh eggs, bagels and coffee for our breakfast.
Then it was off to Minneapolis to find a place to park and take the lightrail into the Twins Game. We found a Taco Bell, ate lunch and picked up a train into Target Field. Very fun experience.
We arrived at the field and found our gate about an hour early. We ended up sitting at the second row from the top--with a great view of the field. We lost to the Cleveland Indians 7-1, the Indians' pitcher was fantastic! We left at the top of the 9th inning and caught a train back to our stop.
Then it was to Mankato to pick up the three kiddos.
It was a wonderful weekend and again, we thank Brent, Molly, Siri and Ivan for taking such excellent care of our kids!
