quick trip down south

Yesterday, we made a whirlwind trip to Saint James and Odin to visit Mom and celebrate the graduation of Seth Pierson. Seth will be a resident of River Falls this coming fall and running for the Falcons. What tipped the scales for him were the fantastic work out facilities at UWRF. That was fun to hear.

On our way down, we stopped at Minnesota's Largest Candy store for some treats. When we arrived in Saint James, we dined on McDonalds at Memory Park, took a little walk along the lake, visited, went to the grad party where I got to touch base with cousins Andy, Sheila, Nels, Nicole, Erika and Christina, aunts Ruby and Kayo, cousins Mardoche, Nels, Seth, Ryan and Lukas and also got to hang out with brother Kurt and Momma Vivian. 

Last stop was to pick up 11 birds from Kyle and Kim's farm who are now residing in our backyard.
