kolacky

At the shower, I found that there was another parade in MN. We have not attended any parades this year much to our 7 year old's chagrin. I found out there was Kolacky Days parade on Sunday in Montgomery MN. That lead to much discussion about kolacky and we found that Cody's Mom, Linda grew up eating kolacky made by a German relative.

That got my tastebuds eager for the sweet treat so on our way home from Grandma's house, we stopped in Montgomery, caught the very tail end of the parade and scored a dozen apricot kolacky from a bakery downtown Montgomery.
