play date

K went to her friend Aliva's today and then they both came over to our house for a few hours.  We mixed up some banana bread batter and I accidently put it in the oven on broil at 350 degrees.  The girls were ok with the experiment and then I flipped the loaf upside down and baked the loaf.  K ended up eating about 1/4 of the loaf.  They enjoyed dressing up and playing school.  So fun to have friends over!

big love for Birchbark House
