pretty exciting day gifting Katie with her t shirt quilt, picking wildflowers, finishing a good book in the hammock and starting another and lastly making and eating a yummy dinner for taco Tuesday.
It was corn chips with browned taco meat with enchilada sauce and cream cheese topped with cheddar cheese. I dressed it with spinach, black beans, cherry tomatoes and avocado. It was very tasty!
