full day at the cabin

We woke at the cabin, did some chores like putting the boardwalk over the wet space between the landing and the cabin, vacuuming, dusting, adjusting the dock due to high water levels and having breakfast. We drove to Ely after finding Osten’s phone that I had dropped in the lake on our way to the cabin last night. Someone found it and took it to the Snowbank Lodge. 

We drove to Ely for coffee and the most delicious Thai food at the park. We got a few items at the grocery store and at the second hand shop…new flip flops and Badgers cap. 

Back to the cabin to work out, have yummy steak made by Brad & have a beautiful paddle for about an hour. Now we’re listening to the Twins lose and will soon be heading to bed. The mosquito population is healthy! So happy to have nets and long pants/sleeves.
