mom in Rochester

This morning I was planning to attend church when Kyle called to let me know Mom was on her way to Rochester to get evaluated. She had fallen in her apartment and broke her back and ribs. 

I got Gromit to an alternate residence to be cared for by another family. Osten, Katie and I had Jimmy John’s for lunch and then I drove to Rochester. Mom was in the ER in a room with Cory. She looked great, denied pain and was very conversational. She was put in a back brace and then was released to a private room. Kyle and Liana then came in to spend time with Grandma. I hope she returns to mobility and Brandt Ridge eventually.
