double birthday!

Happy 52nd, Joan and 2nd Beckham! Wishing you light, love and happiness.

I ran a 4 miler this evening in my training plan…it was on a treadmill, so not my favorite. Ran it in 41:25 which is a lot faster than what I can run on the road… I’m pooped!
