hard 12 miler

For my running regime--today was supposed to be an easier long run day. Well, it wasn't. I ran roughly 1/2 the amount of my 12 mile run. I did it though! Amazing. Hope next week is a lot easier than today and 2 weeks from today is successful. I plan on finishing my first marathon before the age of 50!
