women rock

One hour seven minutes...that is the time it took me to run the Women Rock 10K this morning with my friend, Michelle Johnson.  I placed 1444 of about 3700 runners.  The day was warm and it was exhilerating.

I realized today that Brad and I started dating 29 years ago on March 13! I bought a beautiful bouquet of flowers to celebrate❤️
