My cousins daughter Sydney had some bumps on her way into life after high school. She was deeply affected by anxiety. She is taking classes at a community college and spent the MEA weekend with her Mom and brother showing pigs at a major show in Kansas City. She’s getting back to her old self and has an amazing support system! So proud of you sweet girl!

We got to spend some time outdoors today bringing in boats and lazing in the sun. 

watching 3 football games and all our teams won!

Tonight three teams that we follow had games. We went to the Grantsburg Pirate game to watch #50 Henry Q. Lead his team to a resounding victory. They ended their season 9-0. 

The River Falls Wildcats also were victorious and have a season record of 8-1. 

The MN Gophers beat the Nebraska Corn Huskers. It was a great night of football. 

start for Osten, Anders came to see the game and a tough last minute loss

Osten started the final game of the season! Anders was able to join Brad and I at the game. It was chilly and a bit drizzly. The Wildcats lost in the final minute of the game. EC kept doing onside kicks and won the game!

Brad and I went to Roseville to see Natalie in her final home meet as a Raider. She swam in the 200 Medley relay, the 50 free, the 200 free relay and the 100 breast. Way to go Natalie Mae! 

daylight shortening and Osten’s faith project

Osten is working on his faith project for confirmation and has chosen to focus on former Iowa Cyclone and current 49er player Brock Purdy. I think his god father Kent will enjoy. 

Today, River Falls sunrise was  7:23am and sunset 6:29pm for 11 hours and 6 minutes of daylight. Visible light is 12 hours 4 minutes. Tomorrow will be 3 minutes 2 seconds shorter for daylight hours.
