I’ve been cooking a
Mediterranean menu because I had a
calcium CT scan and learned I have some pretty significant plaque in my left anterior descending artery. I’ve had great LDL cholesterol levels and blood pressure, but have a strong family history of heart disease so that is why I asked for the scan and the findings were discovered.
Now I’m cooking to help me stay healthy. I started cooking today and am a fan!
No fat yogurt for breakfast, veggie sandwich and salad for lunch and salmon for dinner.
