great MN get together

So much fun exploring the MN state fairgrounds, seeing cousins Jennifer and Tammi, brother Kurt and Jennifer’s family. Sydney showed her market barrow and placed 4th in her class. She was called back for showmanship, but didn’t make the top five. 

Ate some yummy food and saw some beautiful artwork and projects.

big love for Birchbark House

I’m entranced by Louise Erdrich stories. I’m reading the Birchbark House series. Almost done with book 4 of 5. I just wish there were more.
