It was a great first day of winter break. Started with a Petra walk and then became baking biscotti and cut out cookies that I decorated in purple and gold for the Vikings. I also made chocolate/almond candy.
Lastly, I started a batch of chicken gnocchi for Christmas Eve. Now we’re at the lake with Grandma and Grandpa, Anders and Ally.
