landforms

This afternoon in class it hit me...we live by the Atlantic Ocean. If I am ever lucky enough to get another teaching job, I will not be teaching by the Atlantic Ocean and the kids won't have intimate knowledge of marine life and the landform of the ocean. The kids seemed unphased, of course we live by the ocean! I didn't see the ocean until I was 24. perspective.

day 4 of my year

On the 12th day of school, I had my 4th day. So great to see the kids and my friends. I’m super tired, and very excited to return tomorrow.
