Today our school celebrated our Kinders moving to lower elementary and our third years moving yo upper elementary. Here I am sending one of my third years over the bridge. 

It’s really such a privilege to work with them for three years!

The RFHS practiced walking graduation then took a walking tour through Meyer Middle school and their home elementary schools. Tavi, Perry and Anya came through along with my favorite former Kindergarten kiddo..Katie Grace! Bonus was my former high school social studies teacher, Mark Stoesz, who is an assistant principal at RFHS.

So hard to believe it’s been seven years since we said goodbye on earth. We all miss your goofy sense of humor and genuinely kind heart.

We wrapped up Memorial Day weekend celebrating a 1234 birthday (Osten’s age split and Anders’ age in the middle) and I got to spend time with Gander the wonder dog!

Today was the Ally and Emma Gross college grad party at their lovely home in Minnetonka. We got to meet Ally’s parents and ate delicious food.

Dr. Liana B

Very exciting day as our dear niece and cousin Liana was hooded as a doctor of Physical Therapy at the Mayo Clinic yesterday. She received an award for top academic honors…so the top of her class of 28! 

The venue was so impressive as we celebrated with many of Liana’s loved ones. Osten was hungry so we asked an usher to help us find a vending machine. She graciously escorted us to an employee lounge to get a bag of SunChips. 

After the ceremony, we went to a local restaurant, dined and then watched the Timberwolves lose a heartbreaker 109-108. The loss didn’t dim the greatness of the day.

Not the desired outcome, as the Timberwolves lost game 1. I did get a photo from a students parent who attended the game…stellar seats. 

Also dined with Katie & Osten at Mariachi for Big Os birthday! What a treat.

This person who has dazzled our lives made his grand debut 14 years ago. You light up our lives OJO. Your passion for MN sports teams has rekindled our fire for following! Here is a look back in birthdays past…

Osten and grandma Betty are getting closer in height! Found Brad’s grad picture that we’re going to display at Katie’s party. Lastly, the lovely Ally Gross graduated on Saturday. Life just keeps rolling on!
